• Supervising the Luohu branch of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau.
• Liaising with the Luohu Traffic Police Brigade of the Traffic Management Detachment of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau.

• Supervising the district’s Commerce Bureau, Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, Finance Bureau's Treasury Payment Center, and the Luohu Branch of Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation.
• Liaising with the district’s Justice Bureau, Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Disabled Persons' Federation, Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau, Luohu Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, Customs authorities and border inspection agencies stationed in Luohu, and the checkpoints within the district.

• Liaising with the district’s Federation of Trade Unions, Communist Youth League Committee, Women's Federation, People’s Armed Forces Department, Public Complaints and Proposals Administration, the Luohu branch of Shenzhen Municipal Healthcare Security Bureau, the Luohu branch of Shenzhen Social Security Fund Administration, and military units stationed in the district.
