Luohu has added two provincial-level manufacturing single champion enterprises, bringing its total to three, according to Guangdong’s 2026 list of manufacturing single champions.

Guangdong Inmark Electronics Co. (Inmark) and Shenzhen HugeMed Medical Technical Development Co. (HugeMed) passed a review by the Guangdong Department of Industry and Information Technology.

Both companies are nationally recognized “little giants” specializing in sophisticated, innovative and high-growth businesses. Founded in 2011, Inmark is a high-tech company specializing in semiconductor packaging and testing. HugeMed develops, manufactures and sells medical devices, including video laryngoscopes and disposable staplers used in anesthesiology, urology and gastroenterology.

The third provincial-level champion in Luohu is Shenzhen AOTO Electronics Co., which develops and manufactures intelligent video solutions. Its products are sold in more than 80 countries and regions.

Manufacturing single champions are considered an indicator of a region’s manufacturing competitiveness. The companies have focused on specialized market segments, developing core technologies and building strong innovation capabilities and market positions, according to the district.

Luohu also added a green factory in 2026, when Shenzhen Techrise Electronics Co. passed a review to receive the “Shenzhen Green Factory” designation. The district now has two such factories. The other is Shenzhen United Blue Ocean Applied Materials Technology Co.

The two companies are working in areas including environmentally friendly materials, smart electricity meters and smart energy management, supporting low-carbon production and cleaner manufacturing.

Luohu authorities said they would continue to strengthen advanced manufacturing, identify and cultivate more industrial “hidden champions,” and promote the sector’s development toward higher-end, smarter and greener production.
