At the entrance to the Fairy Lake Botanical Garden in Luohu, the bougainvillea covering the multistorey parking garage has entered its “best viewing period.”

This year, the bougainvillea seems to be blooming earlier than usual. Although it is only mid-September, the area has already become a “cruise ship of flowers,” attracting residents eager to take photos.

The parking garage has a total of seven floors, and every level is covered in bougainvillea. Seen from a distance, it looks like a vast waterfall of flowers cascading downward. Standing among the blooms is simply breathtaking — the view is beautiful both from afar and up close.

For the best photo opportunities, it is recommended to visit between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., when the bougainvillea looks even more delicate and pink.
