Luohu seeks partners for Shenzhen-Hong Kong family service hub

Luohu District is inviting operators to help run a 1,914-square-meter public welfare space at the Luohu Women and Children's Building, aiming to build it into a Shenzhen-Hong Kong exchange platform for women, children and families.
Named Shenzhen-Hong Kong "Yi Jia Yuan," the project is located near Wenjindu Checkpoint and within 3 kilometers of Luohu, Liantang and Wenjindu checkpoints, giving it strong access to cross-border families and commuters. It is also close to Wenjin Station on Metro Line 9, with several bus routes nearby.
The building sits in a mature urban area with dense residential communities, schools and commercial districts. Within a 1-kilometer radius are eight primary and secondary schools, while Dongmen and Guomao business areas are within 2 kilometers.
The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Family Integrated Service Center in the building is jointly operated by the Luohu District Women’s Federation and International Social Service Hong Kong Branch.
Luohu has also built a strong grassroots service network, with 289 women's organizations in emerging sectors and 22 community groups for full-time mothers, reaching more than 3,000 members and attracting over 350,000 views or engagements.
The new platform will draw on established programs such as the Full-time Mothers Support Program and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Children’s Council. Luohu will also work with Hong Kong social service resources and local women's social organizations to build a shared space for Shenzhen-Hong Kong social organizations, promoting deeper cooperation in service concepts, professional resources and collaborative models.
