Luohu opens AI-focused startup space for one-person companies

Shenzhen's Luohu District has launched Pai Innovation Space, also known as π Innovation Space, one of the city's first artificial intelligence-focused OPC communities, to support startups, individual entrepreneurs and small innovation teams.
Located on the 17th and 24th floors of Tower T2 at Yuehai City, the 5,800-square-meter space was officially inaugurated on March 13, 2026. It is jointly operated by Luohu Industrial Services Co. and Dandelion Incubator.
Focusing on the AI industrial chain, Pai Innovation Space aims to build an integrated ecosystem combining innovation space, sci-tech funds and startup services. It provides full-cycle support for technology companies and entrepreneurial teams, from early-stage incubation to growth acceleration.
Unlike general startup communities, the space is closely aligned with Luohu's key industries, including AI plus finance, jewelry and e-commerce. It has developed a support model based on resource pools, application scenarios and talent networks, helping entrepreneurs turn ideas into practical business solutions.
The 17th floor serves as an incubation and acceleration area for small teams. It offers 24 independent rooms ranging from 16 to 85 square meters, with 126 workstations in total, suitable for teams of four to 10 people.
The 24th floor focuses on OPC entrepreneurship, or "one person company" startups. It provides 56 flexible workstations, as well as shared facilities such as printers and rest areas, offering a low-cost and efficient workspace for individual entrepreneurs, freelancers and early-stage teams.
Pai Innovation Space will also set up a dedicated display area where entrepreneurs can showcase their products and technological achievements free of charge, creating more opportunities for cooperation.
So far, the space has welcomed its first eight resident companies, with more than 10 others expressing interest in joining. These companies focus on frontier fields such as AI marketing and embodied robotics, reflecting the growing momentum of Luohu's AI startup ecosystem.
Eligible applicants include companies that have not yet been registered or have been established for less than 36 months, operate in AI-related sectors, and have no more than 10 team members. Priority will be given to innovative projects with strong growth potential, intellectual property plans, and products or services that empower Luohu's key industries such as finance, jewelry and cross-border commerce.
