DoBe Park Set to reopen as new digital-creative landmark

DoBe Park is gearing up for a major relaunch, transforming the former "childhood dream factory" into a new digital-creative landmark for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. While embracing a new identity, the park retains the industrial framework of its predecessor — the former Shenzhen TV Station and the National Animation Industry Base — revitalizing signature spaces such as the main studio hall and transmission room into modern creative offices and exhibition venues.
The renewed complex introduces a "park-style office" concept, offering more than 3,000 square meters of outdoor green space that brings workspaces closer to nature. Designed as an urban "micro-vacation destination," the environment aims to provide a sense of ease and relaxation even during the workday.
To enhance public engagement, the park features several themed zones, including a music-themed dry fountain plaza, a curiosity-inspired relaxation corner, and mobile pop-up stalls. With playful, creative, and family-friendly elements throughout, visitors can find dedicated spaces for strolling with children, unwinding, or capturing photos.
Driven by its industrial positioning, DoBe Park is developing a dual-engine ecosystem anchored by the Micro-Short-Drama Industry Incubator and the Greater Bay Area Digital Creative Public Service Platform. These two pillars are designed to support emerging content creators and digital-creative enterprises.
The park has already been officially designated as the Luohu District Micro-Short-Drama Incubator and Luohu District Advertising Incubator, offering resident companies full‑cycle services ranging from policy consultation and content review to production support, IP development, and investment matchmaking. These resources are further strengthened by Luohu's targeted incentive packages — the "10 Film & TV Measures" and "10 Advertising Measures" — providing comprehensive support for industry growth.
