Luohu District in Shenzhen has launched a support initiative in the Huangbeiling–Shenye Dongling commercial area, improving access to rest, water, charging and other basic services for delivery riders, couriers and ride-hailing drivers.

The program brings together local businesses to offer rider-friendly services, including designated resting spots and practical everyday support. A new service station has also opened in the area, providing seating, charging points, drinking water, a microwave, umbrellas and basic first-aid supplies.

To make deliveries smoother and more efficient, the commercial area has introduced a fast entry option for verified riders, helping reduce waiting time at access points while maintaining security management.

Luohu District will continue to improve worker-friendly facilities and expand similar services to more neighborhoods, creating a more supportive environment for on-demand workers across the district.
