Three headquarters landmarks rise in Luohu's Qingshuihe Digital New City

Three major headquarters landmarks are taking shape in Luohu District, signaling accelerated industrial upgrading. Covering an area of 3.5 square kilometers, the Qingshuihe Digital New City, with Honggang International Innovation Plaza at its core, is rapidly emerging as a new engine for Luohu's industrial transformation.
Construction of major projects is progressing steadily. The Zhongjin Lingnan New Materials Building is advancing through acceptance procedures, the Zhou Liufu Zhengde Building completed planning acceptance at the end of 2025, and the iSoftStone Digital Technology Building is expected to be completed in December 2026.
As the first project in the Qingshuihe headquarters area to secure land, begin construction and top out, the Zhongjin Lingnan New Materials Industrial Building has completed its main structural works and is undergoing acceptance procedures.
The 45-story building above ground, with four underground levels and a total floor area exceeding 130,000 square meters, will be developed as a super Grade-A intelligent office complex integrating office and commercial functions.
Upon completion, the project will consolidate Zhongjin Lingnan's multiple resource chains, supporting nine core functions including headquarters operations, R&D, technology transformation, testing, communication, exchange, exhibition, experience and application. It is expected to facilitate the company's upgrading in nonferrous metals and breakthroughs in new materials, while injecting fresh momentum into Luohu's expansion toward high-end manufacturing.
Construction of the Zhou Liufu Zhengde Building is also in full swing. With a total floor area of about 38,000 square meters, including underground space, and 20 floors above ground, the building represents a new milestone for Zhou Liufu after two decades of development in Luohu. It will serve as an important platform for coordinated upgrading of the regional jewelry industry.
Looking ahead, Qingshuihe and Shuibei are set to form a complementary industrial layout. While Shuibei will continue to focus on jewelry trading, the Zhengde Building will host functions such as R&D, services and training, enhancing industrial synergy and further strengthening Luohu's position as China's leading jewelry hub.
The iSoftStone Digital Technology Building is also located in the Qingshuihe area. Construction began in November 2023, with a planned total floor area of 47,000 square meters. The project comprises 24 floors in total, including three underground levels, and is designated for R&D use. Completion and delivery are expected in December 2026.
In the future, iSoftStone will use the project as a strategic anchor to promote the clustering of digital industries in Qingshuihe, facilitate talent mobility and technology exchange, and provide end-to-end digital transformation services for enterprises across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, contributing to high-quality regional industrial development.
