Luohu launches digital scenario marketplace to streamline business matchmaking

To bridge the gap between technology providers and real-world application needs, Luohu District has launched the "Luohu scenario marketplace," a new digital platform accessible via the "Luo i Qi" WeChat mini-program.
The marketplace covers eight core sectors critical to the district's development, including artificial intelligence (AI), the low-altitude economy and aerospace, life and health, emergency safety, energy conservation, and the integrated development of culture, business, and tourism.
So far, the platform has listed 40 specific demand-side needs and 225 products and services, forming a robust database for startups seeking to pilot new products and for established companies looking to expand into new growth areas.
The platform operates through two main functional zones. The "supply zone" provides companies with low-threshold access to showcase their latest technologies and services. Once approved, these offerings are displayed to potential partners across the district. The "demand zone," meanwhile, publishes real-time needs released by government departments and leading enterprises.
Businesses can filter opportunities by sector and connect directly with demand-side entities. Going forward, the platform will also introduce a news section to support registration for offline matchmaking events, helping companies stay aligned with the latest industry developments.
