Luohu draws major aerospace and biopharma projects at the 27th China Hi-Tech Fair

On Friday, the opening day of the 27th China Hi-Tech Fair, leading space-information and low-altitude economy firm Zhongke Xingtu (GEOVIS) announced that it will establish its Greater Bay Area headquarters in Luohu, and said it will deploy key capabilities across low-altitude and space-information technologies in the district.
The same day, the China–Europe Innovation Center for Pharmaceuticals and Health in Luohu's Qingshuihe area signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Cytiva. The partnership will cover platform operation, technology collaboration, talent training and building a regional biopharma ecosystem.
Luohu said it will combine Zhongke Xingtu's "Xingtu Cloud" with space-based satellites and terrestrial supercomputing to build a digital-twin foundation, a low-altitude supercomputing cloud network and an intelligent low-altitude operating layer — aiming to create a low-altitude economy that is fully perceptive, decision-smart and operationally efficient.
The district already hosts a rapidly growing low-altitude cluster. More than 150 related enterprises have gathered in Luohu, and authorities report 111 takeoff/landing facilities supporting medical delivery, urban management and logistics. Regular operations include tourism routes, air-traffic lines and logistics corridors, with drone stations covering all 10 subdistricts.
Commercial space activity in Luohu has also advanced. In June, Cangyu Space announced that the construction and operation of its first high-orbit commercial relay satellite project will be based in Luohu, while related R&D and operations centers will also be set up in the district.
Industry showcases at the Luohu pavilion highlighted the district’s industrial priorities. Exhibits included remote-sensing satellites, robotic systems, life-science detection instruments and domestically developed power-control chips. Luohu has been actively attracting AI and chip firms. On Nov. 11, AI-chip developer Jiangyuan Technology officially relocated its headquarters to Luohu, further strengthening the district's AI and semiconductor ecosystem.
