Micro-drama on Luohu's entrepreneurship debuts on CMG


Recently, the original micro-drama produced in Luohu premiered on China Media Group's video platform. Centered on the true story of a veteran who started a business in Luohu, the drama quickly climbed onto the platform's trending list.
Shot in ultra-high-definition 4K, the series showcases Luohu's dynamic urban landscape: the consumption vitality of Dongmen Pedestrian Street blending time-honored brands with new businesses, the "jewelry + AI" innovation ecosystem in Shuibei, the bustling Shenzhen–Hong Kong commute at Luohu Port, and the lush ecological scenery of Wutong Mountain.
It tells the stories of a young entrepreneur from Guizhou who secured HK$10 million in investment for elderly care projects, and a retired soldier from Shanxi who overcame personal challenges to adapt to Shenzhen's fast pace. Together, these narratives highlight Luohu's entrepreneurial culture that values talent and creativity over background.
The series is now streaming on Guangdong TV's Lychee Network and Shenzhen TV Drama Channel, and will air in prime time on Guangdong TV Movie Channel on October 10.
