A notable example is Shenzhen TuWei Technology Co., Ltd. The company overcame technical bottlenecks in large-model 3D rendering and introduced its first 3D graphics engine, T-3D, in 2017. It later ramped up investment in high-quality real-time rendering research, achieving major breakthroughs. By late 2023, it released the next-generation 3D ray-tracing engine, T-3Dx, with key technical indicators reaching an internationally leading level.
"Developing core technologies is our goal," said TuWei Technology co-founder Bu Youzhu, recalling the company's founding aspiration.
TuWei's steady growth has been bolstered by Luohu's targeted policies. In 2024, a pivotal year for industry transformation, the company established its headquarters in Luohu. The district's dual strategy of "technology + consumption" has provided fertile ground for its progress.
