Luohu district in Shenzhen is calling for public submissions of enterprise innovation scenarios, with the deadline set for Nov. 30, 2025. Enterprises, research institutions, and individuals are invited to contribute scenario capabilities that foster trend-setting applications.
“Scenario capability” refers to new products, technologies or services developed by enterprises, research institutions, or talent. These may span a wide range of fields, including industrial upgrading, technological innovation, integration of culture, commerce and tourism, urban quality enhancement, grassroots governance, and public livelihood.
Organized by the Luohu District Development and Reform Bureau, the campaign will evaluate and select outstanding submissions. Those chosen will gain coordinated access to scenario resources, be matched with application demand, and receive support to put their innovations into practice in Luohu.
The initiative aims to transform innovative concepts into real-world solutions.
