Luohu unveils upgraded tourism services during 2025 Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cultural Month

At the the opening ceremony of the 2025 Luohu Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cultural Month on July 11, Luohu District unveiled a series of upgraded tourism initiatives aimed at enhancing the experience of international visitors and driving high-quality growth in its tourism sector.
To make it easier for overseas travelers to explore Luohu, the district officially launched a tourism service cooperation mechanism for international visitors, bringing together more than ten government departments, including the Shenzhen Port Office and Luohu Border Inspection Station.
As part of these efforts, the Luohu Port One-Stop Integrated Service Centerhas reopened after an upgrade. The center combines resources from both Shenzhen and Hong Kong, offering services, information, exhibitions, and exchange spaces. It provides comprehensive and thoughtful support for inbound tourists while also serving as a platform to showcase Luohu’s cultural and tourism resources. Additionally, it will help Hong Kong and Macao residents seeking employment or entrepreneurial opportunities in the district.
In a move to make travel even more convenient, Luohu has introduced a free weekend tourist shuttle service, running from now until August 10. Every Saturday and Sunday, cross-border buses depart at 9:00 AM from Hong Kong’s Times Square in Causeway Bay, making stops at China Hong Kong City in Tsim Sha Tsui and Langham Place in Mong Kok, before heading directly to Yitian Holiday Plaza and The MixC in Shenzhen. Return trips depart from Yitian Holiday Plaza at 8:00 PM.
Within Luohu, port-connection shuttle buses operate hourly from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, departing from Luohu Port and Liantang Port. These buses stop at key attractions and shopping hubs, including the SanTuanKuaiChe Museum, Dongmen Pedestrian Street, Teemall, and Yitian Holiday Plaza, ensuring seamless connections to Luohu’s vibrant commercial districts.
The 2025 Luohu Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cultural Month also officially kicked off on the same day. Running until August 11, the month-long celebration features five major weekend events designed to deliver an exciting cultural experience for residents on both sides of the border.
