Luohu officially established its expert committee for the 15th Five-Year Plan on June 13, marking the occasion with the committee’s inaugural consultation meeting. During the session, nine expert representatives offered strategic, forward-looking recommendations for Luohu’s future economic and social development.
Drawing on both domestic and international perspectives, the experts presented insights with strong strategic, anticipatory and guiding value. Their advice was closely aligned with Luohu’s development realities and future ambitions.
The meeting underscored the significance of the 15th Five-Year Plan as a crucial blueprint for the district’s long-term progress. Participants agreed that the plan should be shaped through collective wisdom and coordinate efforts across departments. All sectors were urged to systematically sort through, deeply study, and effectively incorporate the expert suggestions into the drafting process. Most importantly, the feedback should be translated into tangible actions to accelerate high-quality urban development in the years ahead.
