Luohu attracts top talent with high-end recruitment drive


From March 23 to 28, the Luohu District Human Resources Bureau and Talent Work Bureau led a delegation of 14 postdoctoral research institutions and R&D-driven enterprises to Beijing and Nanjing for a high-end talent recruitment and innovation entrepreneurship campaign. The initiative featured 14 recruitment sessions at 12 prestigious universities, including Tsinghua University, the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing University, and Southeast University.
The event drew over 2,300 participants, with employers receiving nearly 160 doctoral resumes and more than 130 master’s resumes—a record-breaking achievement. Additionally, in-depth discussions were held on promising youth entrepreneurship projects in cutting-edge fields such as photoresist technology, AIGC (Artificial Intelligence-Generated Content), and low-altitude economy sensors.
Guided by the “high salary + high technology + high growth” strategy, Luohu aims to attract top-tier talent for employment and entrepreneurship, fostering synergy between industry and talent. This initiative is set to accelerate the district’s innovation ecosystem, propelling it toward higher-level development.
