According to Regulations on Administration of Dog Domestication in Shenzhen, if the dog is above 3 months old, dogdomestication owners shall go to the district competent department to apply for dog domestication registration.

Ⅰ. How can I apply for dog domestication registration?

Approach 1: Online Registration: Enter "深圳市养犬服务(Shenzhen Dog Domestication Service)" WeChat mini program-养犬服务(Dog Domestication Service)-初始登记(First-time-Registration), and then follow the prompts.

Approach 2: On-site application: Register at the sub-district office of the dog-raising area or the pet hospital.

Ⅱ. What materials are required for dog domestication registration?

1.  Identification

2. Dog domestication registration form (downloaded from the dog domestication registration page of Guangdong Government Service Network)

3.  A head photos and a full body photo of the dog.

4.  Dog immunization certificate (provided by the pet hospital)

Ⅲ. What is the handling time of dog domestication registration?

7 working days.

Ⅳ. Is it necessary to apply for the e-tag implantation?

Yes. Dog owners shall go to the place designated by the District Urban Management Bureau (such as the pet hospital) to implant electronic tags for registration procedures.
