On Sept. 12, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce released its China’s top 500 private enterprises list, which includes a total of 50 Guangdong-based companies.

According to the list, Guangdong ranks fourth nationwide in terms of the total number of top 500 national private enterprises in the province. Furthermore, the province boasts 46 listed manufacturing private enterprises, again ranking fourth in the country, and holds the top position in terms of the number of private tertiary-related enterprises.

The industrial distribution of the 50 listed enterprises highlights Guangdong’s significant influence in the manufacturing sector, with 30 of those companies operating in this industry. Moreover, among these 50 enterprises, 15 have achieved revenue surpassing 100 billion yuan, while two have exceeded the remarkable milestone of 1 trillion yuan.
