The inauguration ceremony for the designation of the KK100 Tower as an international financial, accounting and human resources themed building, along with the launch of the "full-chain industry-finance symbiosis circle," was held on Thursday in Luohu district, Shenzhen. This event marks the building's accelerated shift from a traditional single-function space to a comprehensive industrial ecosystem platform.
This transformation is a key part of Luohu’s “Year of Industrial Upgrading” initiative, aimed at accelerating the development of the Caiwuwei International High-End Consumption District. By integrating the resources of the Hongling Emerging Financial Industry Belt, the initiative also supports Shenzhen’s broader ambition to establish itself as a global financial hub and develop an internationally influential industrial cluster.
“KK100’s transformation is a proactive move to enhance Luohu’s competitiveness in Shenzhen’s financial landscape,” said Xia Dong, executive deputy district mayor of Luohu. “We will continue to promote the development of themed buildings and accelerate the formation of a new high-rise economy defined by regional focus, industry aggregation, enterprise clustering, and functional integration. This will inject fresh momentum into the district’s economic growth.”
