The urban renovation project of Erxian Chahuadi in Dongxiao of Luohu district has been pressing ahead.

The project started on Dec 20, 2016. Erxian Chahuadi covers an area of 620,000 square meters, involving about 93,000 residents. According to the local government, Erxian Chahuadi consists of Yulong, Mumianling and Buxin. After the renovation, Yulong will be new type industrial land, and Mumianling and Buxin will be mainly used for residential purposes. There will be five kindergartens, two schools, two community health centers and three bus terminals.

Many cutting-edge technologies will be applied in the urban renovation projects to make the new buildings models of a sponge city and smart city, being environmentally and child-friendly.
