Any professional talent, who works in Luohu District and has made important contributions to Luohu District 's innovative and creative business, possesses strong ability to lead and drive innovation, has won top international creative design awards and the highest honors such as the iF International Design Gold Award, Red Dot Star, Red Dot Supreme Award, ONE SHOW International Creative Award and top awards for five global advertising festivals ( London International Advertising Award, Cannes Advertising Award, Moby Outstanding Advertising Award, Clio International Advertising Award, New York Advertising Award) and acts as a professional presenting stronger market influences, will receive a reward of RMB 500,000. Only one person can apply for each project reward listed above. The same project may win multiple awards, and the awards will subject to the principle of the highest award amount and shall not be repeated.
