Technological Innovation Leading Talent Reward Project in Luohu District

Technological innovation enterprises registered and operating for one year but less than two years in Luohu District since Jan 1, 2022:

A key technological enterprise registered and operating for one year but less than two years in Luohu District since January 1, 2022, can recommend two candidates to receive a reward of RMB 800,000 and a reward of RMB500,000 respectively.

From January 1, 2022, newly introduced innovative teams recognized by the superior talent policy system can recommend 2 reward candidates

NATIONAL

For an innovative team identified by the national talent policy system, the team leader can receive a reward of RMB 800,000, and an additional team member can be recommended to receive a reward of RMB 800,000.

PROVINCIAL

For an innovation team recognized by the provincial (containing municipality directly under the Central Government, sub-principal city), its team leader can get a reward of
RMB 800,000 and additionally recommend 1 team member to get a reward of
RMB 500,000.

CITY

For an innovative team recognized by the municipal (cities with GDP ranking top 50 around China in 2021), its team leader can receive a reward of RMB 800,000, and can additionally recommend 1 team member to receive a reward of RMB 200,000.

Enterprises that meet the above standards and have been recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Guangdong Province, and Shenzhen City as specialized and sophisticated enterprises that produce new and unique products can recommend 3 reward candidates to receive an additional reward of RMB 800,000, RMB 500,000 and RMB 200,000 respectively.

The above recommended candidates can be offered a "Luohu Elite Card" and enjoy the corresponding services.
