Project of Hong Kong Young Youth and Professionals' Housing Rental Subsidy in Luohu District

Any eligible HK youth or professional can apply for talent housing or rental allowance. If an applicant rents a talent house and the first rental period is not more than 3 years, the rent shall be paid in accordance with the housing rent standard for talents in our city; for those who enjoy the rental subsidy, the rental subsidy period shall not exceed 3 years.
