For national competitions, national class-I (class-II) competitions, Guangdong provincial class I (class II) competitions and Shenzhen municipal class I (class II) competitions, which are hosted or co-organized by enterprises, colleges or universities, industrial organizations or professional institutes, sponsored or undertaken by Luohu District Government, Luohu District Bureau of Human Resources and Luohu District Federation of Trade Unions, and have been listed in the annual competition plan made by human resources and social security authorities of Luohu District, Shenzhen and even Guangdong as well as the relative-level federation of trade unions, a support will be given according to 50% of the actual investment in a single competition.

The subsidy for an international competition shall not exceed RMB 300,000	The national first-class competition subsidy shall not exceed RMB 250,000
The national second-class subsidy shall not exceed RMB 200,000	Class I (Class II) subsidy in Guangdong Province shall not exceed RMB 180,000
The subsidy for the first-class competition in Shenzhen City shall not exceed RMB 150,000	The subsidy for Shenzhen municipal second-class competition shall not exceed RMB 120,000

Every participant unit shall not participate in more than 2 subsidy competition activities per year. If more than 2 subsidy items are applied for, the subsidy amount shall be confirmed according to the "higher amount" principle.
