For those who have obtained the above-mentioned practicing qualification certificates in the past 3 years and have worked full-time in the financial system of the jurisdiction for 2 years, a talent subsidy of RMB 10,000 or up to RMB 50,000 per practicing qualification certificate shall be granted.
