The 2022 Shenzhen Flower Show of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area kicked off in Shenzhen in late March.
With the theme “low-carbon city and happy life,” the show is hosted by Shenzhen People’s Government and jointly organized by relevant departments of Shenzhen and Luohu.  
Due to the need for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, the show cannot be open to the public. Therefore, the organizers have moved the show online so that people can enjoy the seasonal beauty through livestreaming, photos and videos without gathering in the park.
Data shows that 4 million people visited the flower show through online platforms from March 28 to March 31. Many of them praised the excellent organization of the event and expressed their confidence that the virus could be controlled.
The Shenzhen Flower Show of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has now become an influential event of its kind in the country.
